In the first phase, we deployed an AI email scraper capable of extracting order details from both email bodies and PDF attachments. These extracted details were then processed by an OpenAI agent, which structured the data and stored it in a central database. Finally, we automated the push of these orders into the clients WMS via API, ensuring a seamless end-to-end workflow.

With this solution in place, Effective Logistics drastically reduced the time and effort required for order processing.
